All products returned to T Bolt MX must be reviewed and approved. Please submit a support ticket if you need to return anything. We must receive a valid tracking number for all returned goods. Store credit will be available once the item is received and deemed able to be sold as new. Your refund will not include the amount we paid to ship you your products, even if we did not charge you shipping. The invoice from our payment to the shipping company is on file and available upon request. We can issue cash refund only if approved by the management. Return freight is the buyer's responsibility.
There will be absolutely no refunds unless we receive the returned product(s).
Under NO circumstances will we ship product un-paid ever.
