Shipping and Returns

The TBolt MX Shipping and Return Policy is pretty simple.

Online orders over $50 are shipped free of charge to the
48 Cont. United States for most parts and bikes.



Most parts orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Priority mail is generally 2-3 days transit, anywhere in the country. At times, it make take a few extra days before shipping a part dues to various conditions.

Most orders ship the same, or next day. If you would like to make sure we have an item in stock, or how long it will take to ship, before placing your order, just send an email to and it will be responded to promptly.

Large or heavy items like forks, frames, seats, or engines we use FedEx or UPS. When using FedEx or UPS packages can take anywhere from 1-6 days depending on how far the item has to travel. For information about shipping pit bikes, please see Pit Bike Shipping Info in our Tech Data section.

Some parts which cost us a lot more money to send, have a "Flat Rate" shipping fee noted at the bottom of the sale.
If an item has an additional fee it will have a box like this:

This is how much we pay to ship these large parts. We do not mark-up shipping. In this example, an engine costs an additional 40 dollars to ship, because it is very large, and heavy.

Under no circumstances will we pay for express or expedited shipping.
If you would like to upgrade your shipping please notify us when placing your order, and we will respond with a price quote.

We Gladly Ship Internationally
All international orders will be considered F.O.B Origin.
FOB origin indicates the buyer pays shipping cost and takes responsibility for the goods when the goods leave our premises.

We only accept PAYPAL, Western Union, or Wire Transfer for International orders. Just select PayPal to use an existing account.

Parts Orders and Small Products

For smaller parts and items like Bore Kits, Cams, Throttles, Cables, etc we use USPS Priority mail Flat Rate Boxes.

Please click here and add the shipping box that most fits your order to your cart before checking out. If you select a box that won't fit your order, we will notify you, and adjust the price acordingly. These rates are discounted!

Bikes, Engines, Suspension and Larger Items

All products returned to T Bolt USA must be reviewed and approved. Please submit a support ticket if you need to return anything. We must receive a valid tracking number for all returned goods. Store credit will be available once the item is received and deemed able to be sold as new. Your refund will not include the amount we paid to ship you your products, even if we did not charge you shipping. The invoice from our payment to the shipping company is on file and available upon request. We can issue cash refund only if approved by the management. Return freight is the buyer's responsibility.

There will be absolutely no refunds unless we receive the returned product(s).

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns on custom items.

Shipping damages and losses
We will work with you on any shipping issues that arise. Please note, if an insurance claim is necessary, any settlement will only be issued once claims are finished by insurance providers.

Many of our products carry limited manufacturers warranties against defects and other issues, and are limited to a set time period. Only the manufacture will supply this support. T Bolt USA will work with you to help resolve issues but will be held in no way liable for fulfilling these warranty or upholding their intent.

Warranty periods start from the date your product is delivered to your address. Please try your products when you receive them. Most engines and bikes carry a maximum 1-3 month warranty.

How Submit a Claim

In order for us to pursue your shipping damage or warranty claim, we will requirea few simple things:

  • A Paragraph explaining the issue, how it happened, and including any information you think might be helpful in addressing your claim.
  • Photos of the damaged item or items. Camera phone pictures will suffice. The more the better!

Once you submit these items to we will be persue your claim. If you do not submit some pictures and a paragraph, we can not go after your claim. TBolt USA and the Manufacturer require these two items.
